Qualifications:

• Proven track record as CEO/President/COO in scaling multi-site healthcare services, ideally imaging or adjacent sectors.
• Experience driving growth and operational excellence within an investor-backed healthcare services environment.
• Well-versed in accreditation standards, compliance frameworks, and regulatory oversight in imaging.
• Strong operational rigor, P&L leadership, and M&A expertise.
• Strong financial acumen, capital markets literacy, and experience managing investor and board relationships.
• Exceptional team-oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for improving patient care through innovation and measurable outcomes.
