Bronson Healthcare has exclusively retained Kirby Bates Associates to identify their next Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (SVP, COO) for Bronson Battle Creek Hospital in Battle Creek, Michigan.
As the executive leader of the Hospital, the SVP, COO will provide strategic and operational leadership, financial oversight, and work closely with the System CEO & President, other Executives, Medical Staff, and community partners to establish strategic goals and improve operational efficiency. An inspirational and visionary leader, the COO will be charged with honoring the Hospital’s mission: to engage with the community and serve the needs of the residents of Battle Creek.

Qualifications:
