Memorial Hermann has exclusively retained Kirby Bates Associates to conduct a national search for a Director of Nursing for University Place Nursing Center.

The Director of Nursing (Director) will provide leadership, direction, and support to the nursing staff while ensuring the delivery of quality care to patients. The Director will foster collaborative relationships with physicians, establish and maintain good intra and inter-departmental relationships, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal agencies, and lead survey readiness and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• A nursing degree from an accredited school is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Current or eligible for RN licensure in the State of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of leadership experience.
