Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, one of which must be in Nursing.
- Ten years of nursing experience, including progressive contemporary leadership experience in an academic medical center or complex organization.
- Knowledge of Magnet principles.
- Leadership experience managing a complex Operating Room.
