KBA has been exclusively retained by Architech Sports & Physical Therapy (ASPT) to conduct a search for their new Director of Revenue Cycle as they continue their rapid growth in the Carolinas.

Opportunity Highlights: 

• Join at a time of tremendous growth and opportunity.
• Reports to the CEO of ASPT.
• Plans to grow from current 8 locations to 14 by the end of 2024.
• Responsible for revenue cycle strategy, standardization, and operational functions.
• Ability for a hands-on leader to grow with an organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in healthcare.
• Minimum of three years progressive medical billing experience. Physical therapy billing experience preferred.
• Expertise in metrics, analytics, and data synthesis in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, current coding and billing rules and regulations.
• WebPT experience preferred but not required.
