Executive Director, Perioperative Services

This is an exciting time to be joining a world-class orthopedic surgical specialty hospital, New England Baptist Hospital, a 141-bed adult medical-surgical hospital in Boston, Massachusetts specializing in orthopedic care and complex orthopedic procedures. NEBH is an international leader in the treatment of all forms of musculoskeletal disorders and disease. The organization is recruiting an Executive Director, Perioperative Services  to lead across both inpatient and outpatient environments.

Reporting to the SVP, Chief Nursing Officer/COO, the position will motivate and lead highly skilled, nationally recognized surgical staff with state-of-the-art technology and equipment. Interdisciplinary collaboration is of the utmost importance to oversee and lead operations. The Executive Director will work with the team and SVP, Chief Nursing Officer/COO to strategically enhance the productivity of surgical services.

The ideal candidate Required Work Experience:

• 10 years Surgical Services experience.
• Experienced nursing leader with a minimum of seven (7) years related nursing experience in progressively responsible leadership roles for Perioperative Services in a complex Perioperative Services setting, ideally teaching site.
• Experience working in an outpatient environment and plus.
