This respected organization encompasses multiple locations throughout the region, all dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field is also required.
- Must hold a current Registered Nursing License (New Mexico is part of the Nurse Licensure Compact).
- Demonstrated experience in redesigning processes and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to advance key organizational initiatives is essential.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $850-$900 per day ($221,000 to $234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
