Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized healthcare leadership solutions firm, is conducting a search for an accomplished Interim Chief Nursing Executive (CNE) to support a multi-state health system headquartered in Wisconsin.
This organization includes several hospitals and clinical facilities across three states, delivering comprehensive and high-quality care throughout the region.
The Interim CNE will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Acute Care Services and will provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services across the system.
The role includes oversight of two senior leaders: the Vice President of Nursing Operations and the Vice President of Quality and Care Coordination.
Candidate Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
- Wisconsin RN license.
- Prior experience as a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) or CNE in a health system setting is essential.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $1,100-$1,200 per day ($286,000 to $312,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
