Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare executive search, is seeking an interim Chief Program Office for a mission-driven non -profit organization in New Jersey.
The Interim CPO will lead the overall strategic direction of their portfolio of services, Identify and develop new programs and services for the growth and development of their Mission and provide forward-thinking, proactive leadership with a high degree of focus on continuous improvement and sustainability of services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing programs that make a meaningful impact in the community.
Requirements:
- Healthcare operations experience (ambulatory with community connection).
- Lean Six Sigma strongly preferred.
- Experience with non-profit organizations.
- Must be able to travel.
Our leaders receive a competitive compensation package that includes housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $900 per day ($234,000 annually), with final compensation based on experience, expertise, and education.
