Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare executive search and interim leadership, is actively seeking an Interim Clinical Education Manager – Oncology for a prestigious healthcare organization in Georgia.
Position Summary:
The Interim Clinical Education Manager will lead the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of staff development initiatives within the oncology department. This role requires a dynamic educator who excels as a teacher, practitioner, manager, and researcher. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner in shaping clinical education, contribute to budget planning, and act as a consultant to nursing staff on educational matters.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Georgia is a compact state).
- Bachelors of Science (BSN) required.
- One to four years of teaching experience in a clinical or academic setting.
- Oncology nursing certification or Certified Nurse Educator required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $800 to $850 per day ($208.000 to 221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
