Interim Director of Human Resources

Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare executive and interim leadership, is seeking an Interim Director of Human Resources for an engagement in Alabama with an exceptional healthcare organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources required, master degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, focusing on HR leadership and strategic planning.
  • Healthcare Experience required.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
