Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally respected healthcare executive search and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing in Minnesota for a Critical Access Hospital. Reporting to the DON will be a Clinical Nurse Manager.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master’s degree in nursing or a healthcare related field strongly preferred.
- CAH experience required
- Current Minnesota Nursing license (MN is not a compact license state)
- Five (5) years Hospital nursing leadership or appropriate related administrative experience.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $900- $950 per day ($234,000-247,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
