Kirby Bates Associates, a leading national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Surgical Services in California.
The Interim Director will oversee all clinical areas within Surgical Services, including the Operating Room, PACU, SSU, PAT, Endoscopy, and Interventional Radiology.
Requirements:
- BSN required.
- Active California nursing license required; California is not a compact state.
- Surgical Services leadership experience required.
- Union experience required.
This opportunity offers an attractive compensation package, including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $900 per day ($234,000 annually).
