Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim Manager, Operating room.
The organization is an academic medical center in Virginia. The Manager will oversee 30 operating rooms and 200 FTEs.
Requirements:
Leadership experience.
- Academic Medical center experience.
- Trauma experience.
- RN license.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $800- $850 per day ($208,000– $221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
