This is a wonderful opportunity for a seasoned nurse leader to provide direction leadership within an outstanding organization. This opportunity affords the right candidate to work in a nursing organization with new a new CNO leader, leading a major initiative of reorganization and transformation.
Primary responsibilities include conducting a comprehensive assessment of inpatient rehabilitation services, followed by the development of a GAP analysis, and implementation plans to foster needed improvements. The Nurse Leader supports the consistent use of the nursing process in a professional and healthy work environment. In addition, the Nurse Leader is responsible and accountable for achieving departmental level expected Quality, Financial, Customer Service, Throughput, and People results.

- BSN required, MS strongly preferred.
- Ten years of clinical experience and a minimum of five (5) years of management experience in acute rehabilitation, LTAC, or other related settings.
- Content expert in specialty and standards of practice in rehabilitation nursing.
- Currently license as an RN in the State of Maine or licensed with a eNLC (Compact) License.
- CRRN certification or other nationally recognized certifications, strongly preferred.
