Kirby Bates Associates, a leading national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Emergency Department (ED) nursing leader for a challenging and rewarding interim role in Washington. The Interim Nurse Manager will be responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care administration, master’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse License (Washington is a compact state)
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
- 3-5 years of Emergency Department management experience.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $850 per day ($221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
