Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an Interim Rehabilitation Services Director for a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) in Arizona. This facility, which operates a Level IV Trauma Center and three associated clinics, will be celebrating its 100th anniversary next year.
Position Overview:
The Interim Director will have the following areas of responsibility, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Swing Bed Program. The team has excellent skills; they provide great care and receive many accolades from patients.
Key Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited degree program in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
- Licenses Physical Therapy or Arizona board of Occupational Therapy Examiners.
- 5 years of management experience in hospital rehabilitation services.
- CPR.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $850- $900 per day ($221,000 – $234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
