Kirby Bates Associates is pleased to partner with Penn State Health in their search for a West Shore Regional Chief Nursing Officer.

Penn State Health is seeking a contemporary nursing leader to join the team as the Regional Chief Nursing Officer for Penn State Holy Spirit, a 310-bed non-profit Catholic community hospital located in Camp Hill, PA and Penn State Hampden Medical Center, a new state-of-the-art 110 private inpatient bed facility located in Enola, PA . Penn State Health earned the highest marks for patient satisfaction of any health system in the U.S. from 2019-2020.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a nurse executive with multi health system experience to establish the strategic plan and vision for nursing practice to ensure excellence in clinical quality and patient experience. Reporting to the Regional CEO to achieve the following mission:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or higher degree in Nursing required.
  • Graduate level degree in a relevant field of management, nursing, policy or administration required.
  • Current Registered Professional Nurse license, issued by the PA State Board of Nursing required.
  • 10 years of executive healthcare management experience including nursing and physician relations experience required.
  • Must have leadership experience in a multi-hospital system or integrated delivery system.
  • Representative knowledge, skills and abilities of Nurse Administrators per the ANA Scope and Standards.
