We are delighted to announce Tamara Miller, BSN, RN as Director of Sales at Kirby Bates Associates
Tamara’s focus is on client engagement, including establishing and expanding client relationships, and strengthening Kirby Bates’ contributions to client organizations. Tamara’s strong communication skills and consultative approach, both listening to client challenges and sharing solutions, will be the hallmarks of her success.
Early in her career, Tamara served in a variety of clinical roles and work settings at the bedside that honed her keen acumen for process improvement and business development. Her innovative mindset let Tamara develop several patented medical devices.
Other roles such as National Director of Workforce Development and Vice President of Client Solutions have informed Tamara’s passion for building strong nursing leadership teams through our comprehensive continuum of leadership services.
Most recently Tamara has served seven states as a regional manager providing IT consultants to support EHR optimizations, go-lives, and analysis.
