Kevin Bruce’s career is distinguished as an award-winning sales and talent acquisition leader. His expertise includes sales and business development, executive recruitment, account management, and performance management. Throughout his illustrious career, Kevin’s accolades include multiple awards for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Top Sales. He joined Kirby Bates as Vice President of Executive Search in 2023.
In his previous role as VP of Marketing/Sales/Recruitment at JJ&A, LLC, Kevin helped to build a new healthcare recruiting company from the ground up. By becoming a trusted advisor to his clients, he was able to develop leadership solutions for hospital systems across the US.
Kevin developed special expertise in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). In previous roles, he created a new vertical for FQHC , which led to a 25% increase in gross revenue for the organization. He also picked up the mantle to implement new training and education models on FQHC sales and recruitment.
His career accomplishments and experience also include training and mentoring numerous recruitment and sales professionals, Sandler Sales training and KPI development, Masterclass completion in referral selling, and interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Kevin attended The University of Texas at Dallas majoring in Finance and has held both Securities 6 & 63 licenses in addition to the Group 1 Life/Health Insurance license. He lives with his family in the Dallas/Fort Worth area where he breeds and shows Irish Setters.
